Knob North New Construction Real Estate Photo

Getting quality real estate photos taken can often be a task for houses that are completely built and staged. But how about for houses that are still under construction?   I recently had the challenge of photographing a few homes at The Villas of Knob North development in Varnell, GA.

The builder asked me to create a series of photos of this home while it is still under construction as they are listing it on Zillow before it's complete.  They have already sold two houses this way!  What is nice for the buyer is that they have the opportunity to make last minute customizations to the home as it is being completed.

I doubt I get the opportunity to photograph this home when it's completed as it will probably be sold very soon.
